When I started my real estate journey in New York City, I had nothing—no network, no inside track, just $800 to my name and more than $50k in debt. It was overwhelming, to say the least. But despite everything, I kept going. Slowly, I figured things out, and over time, I’ve had the chance to work on deals totaling over $100M.

It wasn’t easy. In fact, the early days were tough. Real estate in a city like NYC is no joke. I attended a "rental boot camp" at my first brokerage, and I honestly had no idea what the instructor was talking about. I felt like I didn’t belong. There were times when I seriously considered quitting, but something in me said, "keep going."

I stuck with it—kept my license active—and after months of paying brokerage fees without seeing much progress, I finally got the call that changed everything for me. It wasn’t instant success, but it was a turning point.

Looking back, I know how hard it can be when you feel like you’re on your own in this business. That’s why I’ve created this space—because no one should have to figure it all out alone. I want to share what I’ve learned with others who are looking for a real change in their lives.
